My approach

With warmth, clarity, and directness, I guide people toward deeper understanding and more fulfilling relationships.

At the heart of my work as a psychotherapist is the belief that human connection is foundational to our wellbeing. I am dedicated to helping individuals and couples overcome their own challenges, rediscover their strengths, and build fulfilling relationships. While warm and non-judgmental, I am also direct and unafraid to challenge you. I believe in helping individuals and couples confront uncomfortable truths in order to make meaningful changes in their personal life and relationships.

My goal is to support individuals in overcoming challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship struggles; while empowering them to understand their unique strengths and foster lasting growth.

I hold a Master’s degree in Social Anthropology from The University of Edinburgh in Scotland and a Master of Social Work from Columbia University in New York. I am an EMDR Certified Therapist (EMDRIA) and a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor.
