Policies

  • Please cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. If you do not cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged the full appointment fee.

  • I am a private-pay, “out-of-network” provider. However, some insurance companies do offer coverage for out-of-network providers. I am more than happy to provide you with a superbill to give to your insurance company.

    Payment is due at the time of service. Forms of payment include credit/debit cards and FSA/HSA. I will have your card securely on file and you will be charged after each session. I do not accept checks.

  • I am available via text and email for scheduling purposes only. I respond during business hours Monday through Friday.
